<p>Daca mananci cu masura, nu trebuie sa iti faci griji pentru felul in care consumi fructele. Un mar dupa masa nu o sa iti ingreuneze digestia, insa doua-trei s-ar putea sa iti creeze disconfort. Cel mai important lucru este sa iti asculti organismul si sa te opresti din mancat cand senzatia de satietate s-a instalat.</p>

<p>Pepenele rosu combinat cu alte fructe sau alte alimente predispune la balonare, asadar cel mai bine este sa il consumi pe stomacul gol si sa astepti o jumatate de ora pana la urmatoarea masa sau gustare.<br />
Regula 6: Fierbe fructele daca ai gastrita sau ulcer</p>
<p>Daca ai probleme cu stomacul, gastrita sau alte afectiuni, consuma fructele fierte, pentru a evita cresterea aciditatii din stomac. Singurele fructe care nu cresc aciditatea si pot fi consumate ca atare sunt bananele.</p>
