<p>Cancerul de san depinde, in cea mai mare parte, de estrogen. Ele impiedica procesele de estrogen, deoarece scad activitati le de aromataza.<br />

3. Nucile<br />
Dr. Dixon sustine ca nucile contin multi fitosteroli, asa ca sunt bune in impiedicarea cresterii tumorii. Intr-un alt studiu din Journal Nutrition and Cancer, se spune ca nucile au molecule bioactive care sunt anti cancerigene.<br />
4. Legumele crucifere<br />
Aceasta gama include varza, broccoli, varza creata sau varza de Bruxelles. Ele ne aduc numeroase beneficii, fiind anticancerigene. In procesele digestive din corp, aceasta componenta este impartita in nitrili activi, indoli, tiocianati si izotiocianatii. Cruciferele lupta impotriva cancerului, nu doar celui de san.<br />
Cateva studii au declarat ca femeile care au mancat multe legume crucifere au avut sanse mici de a dezvolta un cancer la san.<br />
Factorii care cresc riscul de cancer de san<br />
Pe langa alimentele de mai sus care ar trebui sa le consumati, incercati sa evitati urmatoarii factori, pentru a preveni cancerul de san:<br />
&#8211; Greutatea excesiva<br />
&#8211; Contraceptia orala<br />
&#8211; Aportul de grasimi saturate<br />
&#8211; Lipsa de somn<br />
&#8211; Predispozitia genetica<br />
&#8211; Produsele cosmetice cu parabeni<br />
Unele riscuri trebuie discutate cu un medic, dar mancatul sanatos este un factor caruia trebuie sa ii acordam atentie.<br />
