<p>Cateva reguli sunt foarte importante pentru cumpararea carnii de miel de buna calitate si proaspata:</p>

<p>Important este ca mielul sa nu aiba sub 9 kilograme fiindca daca este mai mic va contine mai multe purine, care-l fac greu digerabil.</p>
<p>De aceea, specialistii recomanda achizionarea unui miel de 10-13 kilograme, in felul acesta carnea nu va fi atat de indigesta.</p>
<p>• Organele se altereaza mai usor. Este bine de stiut ca organele de miel se altereaza mult mai usor decat carnea, asa ca este bine sa fie mirosite inainte de a le cumpara si sa fie verificate de noduli.</p>
<p>• Culoarea rozalie a carnii. Trebuie acordata o mare atentie aspectului pe care il are carnea de miel. Concret, carnea proaspata de miel este rozalie, nu rosie si elastica la atingere.</p>
<p>In cazul in care se observa ca bucata respectiva de carne este lipicioasa, atunci cu siguranta nu este proaspata.</p>
<p>• Stampila. Carnea verificata este obligatoriu marcata cu o stampila, care arata ca mielul a fost sanatos.</p>
<p>Cu ce se poate combina carnea de miel</p>
<p>Asocierea cu legume este cea mai indicata, spun nutritionistii, pe cand cea cu paine sau cu mamaliga va ingreuna si mai mult procesul digestiv. In plus, dupa o masa bogata in preparate grele este bine sa se manance ananas si kiwi, deoarece acestea au anumite enzime care vor face digestia usoara.</p>
<p>Cum se gateste?</p>
<p>Carnea de miel este recomandat sa fie lasata la marinat pentru cateva ore si sa fie gatita in cuptor sau pe gratar si nu prajita in grasime.</p>
