Proteine &#8211; suficiente 1.5-2 grame pe kilogram &#8211; trebuie gasita zona corecta in care cresti. </p>
<p>Creatina &#8211; da, creatina. Mancare mai multa si de foarte buna calitate &#8211; nu dulciuri, nu jeguri nutritionale la preturi regesti. Trebuie sa pui cateva kilograme de muschi. Vei fi mai tonica, mai plina de viata, mai energica, mai vioaie, mai sexy. Muschii sunt sexy si la femei, nu doar la barbati. Asta e parerea mea. Sa te ingrasi este o eroare.</p>
