<p>Pentru cei care doresc mai multe detalii, in inregistrarea video a emisiunii pot fi gasite cu usurinta principiile dietei, mecanismele ei, lista de alimente permise, lista de alimente interzise, regulile, cum functioneaza, de ce functioneaza, cum ne infometam mancand carbohidratii, cum ardem grasimile in corp, precum si o sumedenie de explicatii stiintifice. </p>
<p>Este probabil una din cele mai bune emisiuni la care am participat vreodata, aici am furnizat extrem de multe informatii, iar aceasta a adunat aproape 60000 afisari pe Youtube. </p>

<p>Iata mai jos o lista a alimentelor pe care nu ar trebui sa mancam in dieta ketogenica:</p>
<p>1. Paine &#8211; chiar si integrala, singura permisa in cantitati foarte mici poate fi painea hipoglucidica, doar in limita carbohidratilor zilnici</p>
<p>2. Paste &#8211; chiar si cele integrale, au foarte multi carbohidrati! Exista insa paste speciale ( konjac ) ce pot inlocui cu succes pastele in cadrul dietelor low carb / keto.</p>
<p>3. Cartofi &#8211; chiar si cei dulci sau mov</p>
<p>4. Orez &#8211; de toate tipurile &#8211; cel brun nu are mai putini carbo</p>
<p>5. Cereale &#8211; TOATE &#8211; de fapt stratul de 3 degete de sunca pe porc se face cu CEREALE! ( uruiala de cereale )</p>
<p>6. FRUCTE DULCI: Banane, Mere Golden, Struguri, Mango, Pere / FRUCTE USCATE / FRUCTE putin dulci dar in cantitate mare ( cantitati mici de mure / zmeura / capsuni sunt OK )</p>
<p>7. Lapte, lapte cu ciocolata, lapte cu soia</p>
<p>8. Iaurt cu fructe, budinca din lapte din comert, deserturi cu lapte si zahar </p>
<p>9. Zaharoase, fainoase &#8211; raionul de dulciuri din supermarket trebuie evitat in totalitate &#8211; exceptie &#8211; CIOCOLATA NEAGRA 85% CACAO, dar si asta doar in cantitati micute</p>
<p>10. Patiserie &#8211; doar daca facem noi produse in casa si reteta este low carb </p>
