<p>Iar daca ati facut armata sau ati mancat la autoservire si voi stiti ce gust minunat are ciorba facuta la cazan:)</p>
<p>Dpdv nutritiv ciorba este un fel de mancare complet si echilibrat. Avem in ea legume, paste fainoase/orez sau cartofi, un pic de carne sau peste si muuuulta apa.</p>
<p>Ciorba hidrateaza, incalzeste si hraneste cu putine calorii. <p>E cea mai simpla forma de a consuma legume in cazul copiilor si batranilor, e facuta in casa de mana voastra si tine cateva zile.</p>
<p>Marele avantaj al ciorbei este faptul ca satura si tine burta plina timp de 2-3 ore. Daca se urmareste ecografic timpul de golire al stomacului se observa o intarziere de 30% in cazul supei comparativ cu situatia in care alimentele ar fi consumate separat. </p>
<p>Deci supa tine de foame mai bine decat daca am manca o bucatica de carne cu legume si cartofi si am bea un pahar de apa.</p>
<p>Aceasta curiozitate nu a putut fi explicata, insa este un lucru cert: mixate intre ele, ingredientele din ciorba stau mai mult in stomac! Nu ne ramane decat sa profitam, daca tinem la silueta.</p>
<p>Va recomand cu drag o portie generoasa de ciorba aburinda, ca fel unic pentru oricare din mesele voastre. Si puneti langa ea si un ardei iute, intensifica arderile si accelereaza metabolismul cu 25% timp de 3 ore dupa masa:) Pofta buna!</p>
