Cand vrei sa slabesti mult, e posibil sa alegi o dieta fulger sau sa faci sport intens, iar riscul de a pierde masa musculara este ridicat. Exercitii fizice moderate te-ar ajuta mai mult sa slabesti in mod sanatos.<br />
Daca n-ai posibilitatea sa mergi la sala, e bine sa faci orice tip de miscare 30 de minute pe zi: gimnastica acasa, de 3-4 ori pe saptamana, mers, alergare, bicicleta.</p>
