Cu un gust puternic si aroma intensa de rom, acest tort este un deliciu nemtesc, denumit Baumkuchen, adica trunchi de copac, dupa aspectul pe care il formeaza blatul cand il prepari.<br />

<p>2 minute, folosind un tel. Da compozitia la bain marie pentru 5-7 minute.<br />
2. Pune compozitia intr-un mixer si bate-o pana isi tripleaza volumul. Caramelizeaza untul intr-o cratita si lasa-l putin sa se raceasca inainte de a-l adauga peste aluat.<br />
3. <p>Pune 2 tavi de tort una in cealalta si unge-o pe cea de deasupra cu unt, apoi tapeteaz-o cu hartie de copt.<br />
4. Pune ~un polonic de aluat in tava si intinde-l (ca si cum ai face o clatita). Da tava la broiler pentru 1-2 minute la 260º , pana ce se rumeneste, apoi scoate-o, pune un alt strat si procedeaza la fel pana termini aluatul.</p>
<p>5. Cand ai terminat aluatul si ai facut tortul, scoate-l din tava si lasa-l sa se raceasca. In rastimp, toarna smantana fierbinte peste ciocolata neagra si amesteca pana se topeste.<br />
6. Pune apa peste gelatina, impreuna cu romul si lasa gelatina sa se umfle ~5 minute, apoi amestec-o cu ciocolata.</p>
<p>Toarna glazura obtinuta peste tort, niveleaza si da-l la rece pentru 1 ora.<br />
